libapp-rad-perl software package provides Perl module for rapid and easy creation of command line applications, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapp-rad-perl
libapp-rad-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapp-rad-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapp-rad-perl *
You will get with libapp-rad-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
